my preference firstly is for other death note blogs, but i am very open to crossovers. writing comes easiest to me with characters and scenarios i'm familiar with from death note, but i will do my best to branch.

i love building relationships between muses, be it platonic, romantic, familial, or adversarial. misa is lovesick and easily attached, but please don't mistake this for me forcing ships in any shape or form. also, if it makes you uncomfortable, please let me know ooc. furthermore, as i am an adult, sexual themes may appear on this blog. these will not occur with muns or muses under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

it begins with a beautiful, young woman, left abandoned by the world with the sudden killing of her parents. there was little hope left, especially with the public outcry of the perpetrator perchance being falsely accused. it only gets worse with the taking off of her modelling career, too. some fucking sicko with a knife stalking her… for real? for serious? she tried her best to let him down nicely, say she wasn’t interested, but he was having no part in it.
he attacked her, trying to kill her. perhaps she was meant to die, and perhaps she wanted to. without her family, what use was there to live?
but he wouldn’t allow it. he being the kind, loving shinigami named gelus that had been watching over misa from the shinigami realm. he loved misa, truly, he did. thus, despite it taking his life, he had no qualms with writing her assailant’s name in the death note, killing both gelus and the assailant.
another shinigami, rem, delivered gelus’s death note to misa in the human world, finding it to be the right thing to do.
though she has the death note in her possession, misa has some more… important things to worry about, such as a new borderline personality disorder diagnosis, and getting a totes cute boyfriend to get all the media talking. hopefully there’s nothing that necessitates using the notebook…?
